Support Jamie Tiller's family

Our dear friend Jamie Tiller died in a tragic accident on the 15th of October, leaving behind his wife Tasya and their 6 year old son Max. Not only are they completely devastated by the loss and dealing with the shock of it, they are now also facing many bureaucratic and financial burdens ahead of them. We hope that the community of friends and supporters who were so touched by Jamie's work and joyous spirit can come together to support them in this difficult time.

Jamie was the co-founder of Music from Memory, a revered DJ, and a co-owner of SWAY, a wine bar in Neukölln. He had an undeniable love for music, chatting, wine, and most of all, his family. Jamie and Tasya spent the last years working hard to create a comfortable home for Max in Berlin and now Tasya is left with just one income to support their family, unfortunately without the aid of a pension or life insurance.

Tasya is now facing many unexpected expenses from the sudden death including travel fees, paperwork processing costs, and an immigration lawyer, which she needs in order to stay in Berlin. Plus rent and the costs of raising and caring for Max, which will now solely fall on her.

Jamie was an absolute inspiration and an amazing friend. He leaves behind a legacy that will continue to touch and inspire people all around the world. Let's show our love and support for Jamie and his family and help them through this difficult time.
