I never thought I’d be writing something like this, but our world has been turned upside down by Hurricane Helene. The storm didn’t just take our home—it tore through our farm, causing destruction that we can hardly comprehend. Our barns are in ruins, fences are down, and we lost so much of our livestock. These animals were our livelihood, and without them, the future feels uncertain. The losses we’ve suffered are overwhelming, and just the repairs alone will cost us nearly $12,000—money we simply don’t have.

On top of that, we’re heartbroken over the loss of our beloved dog, who didn’t survive the storm. The emotional toll of losing both a family member and everything we’ve worked so hard to build is crushing.

Right now, we’re struggling to pick up the pieces, but it feels impossible to get back on our feet alone. The farm was not just a business—it was our way of life, and now it feels like that life is slipping away. We’re reaching out to you, humbly asking for help.
