In Loving Memory of Jason Lowell
It is with heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of Jason Lowell, age 44, of Westbrook, Maine, on the night of April 5th. Jason leaves behind his son, Jordin Lowell, and his girlfriend, Crystal Peterson.
Jason’s childhood was far from ordinary. He faced adversity from a young age, having to grow up largely on his own while navigating the foster care system. Despite the hardships, Jason never gave up. He battled chronic illnesses, caused by allergies and a compromised immune system, but never let that define him.
At the time of his passing, Jason was proud to be five years sober and was close to achieving a major milestone in his life: his driver’s license. He had even saved up enough money to buy a car and was scheduled to take his driving test this upcoming Tuesday.
My father, Timothy Gaudet, considered Jason like a younger brother. He loved him deeply for his big heart and the determination to be the best version of himself—for his son, Jordin. Jason will be greatly missed, but we take comfort in knowing that he was loved and knew it.
We are asking for donations to help cover the cost of cremation, obituary fees, and to start a small IRA fund for Jordin, Jason’s son. Any contributions, no matter how small, will be deeply appreciated.
Thank you for keeping Jason’s family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time
