Support Jason Smith

Jason Smith was admitted to the hospital on Thursday(5/7) and is being treated in ICU for a diabetic coma .  He has been struggling with memory loss, has challenges speaking, and can't have visitors due to hospital COVID19 requirements.  He was recently put on a ventilator to support his breathing as the doctors continue to run more tests.  

There may be limited ways we can support Jason in these challenging times but hoping we can relieve some of the burden for his family and the increasing medical bills in Jason's fight.  No donation is too small and all support will go directly to his family.
