Support Jason Trigg's Battle with Pancreatic Cancer
Donation protected
My name is Shannon, and I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart and a plea for support for my only brother, Jason Trigg, who resides in Ohio. Recently, Jason received the devastating diagnosis of stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer with liver metastasis. The doctors have given him a prognosis of 5-7 months. He is a loving Dad of 2 young boys, Landon (10) and Liam (9). Currently, he is not working due to his pain level.
Jason's journey with Cancer began in 2019 when he was diagnosed with Lymphoma. He bravely underwent Chemotherapy and radiation, which took a significant toll on his health. Now, facing this aggressive and advanced form of cancer, Jason has chosen not to undergo chemo again, as the doctors have informed him that it would only extend his life by a few months. He has made the difficult decision to prioritize his quality of life during the time he has left with his boys and Kristi and her girls.
Jason, unfortunately lives 12 hours away from me, as I am in Mississippi. While he has been approved for disability, the financial burden of medical expenses, living costs, and end-of-life care is and will be overwhelming.
That is why I am creating this GoFundMe campaign-to rally around Jason, support him during this challenging time, and ensure he has the comfort and care he deserves. Thankfully, he also has some support from his church and the Mother of his boys, Kristi, and her family, and some friends close by, but there is only so much they can do.
- Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in Jason's life. Your generosity will help cover the costs of:
-Medical bills and Alternative treatments
-Daily living expenses
-Travel expenses for family visits
-Hospice and Palliative care
-Any other unforeseen expenses
At this time of need, we are grateful for any support you can offer during this difficult journey. Whether it's a donation, a kind message, or sharing this campaign with your network, every act of kindness helps. Your compassion and generosity mean the world to us as a family.
With heartfelt gratitude,
