Support Jason Urban's Memorial Fund

Jason Andrew Urban tragically left us on October 11, 2024 in his home in Manitowoc, Wisconsin at the age of 45.

Jason had many talents. Most notable was his skill working on cars, and you would often catch him working on vehicles to help out his friends and family. He was fond of taking things apart just to learn how they work. Jason was also a talented artist and could sketch anything he could see and bring it to life on paper. Honing his tailor skills he would make clothes, bags, and other gifts for his loved ones with his sewing machine. An aspiring musician, he was recently teaching himself guitar. Jason had a passion and excitement for life, nature, animals, and the people around him. He had energy, curiosity, and empathy to spare.

His loss has left a deep void in those who loved him.

100,000 people die each year from overdose in the US. Each is someone's child. Jason was a beloved father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, and friend. If you are suffering with addiction, please seek treatment and know that there is hope. Recovery is possible as long as there is air in your lungs. You are worth it. Jason’s family is reeling in this tragedy and wishing we could have said these things to him, and that we love him dearly.

Jason left us so unexpectedly. His family understands the need to come together to remember him, celebrate his life, and mourn together. If you can, Jason's family is asking for financial help with funeral costs. Any amount you can donate would be a great relief. Thank you.

Please join us for a Celebration of his life held at the Lakeshore Life Celebration Center at 3613 Waldo Blvd. Manitowoc, WI, Sunday October 27th. There will be a visitation starting at noon with a service at 2:00 pm.
