Support Jay Faulkner's Cancer Battle

Friends, Family and Community of Jay, Heather, and their children,

As many of you know, Jay was diagnosed in January 2022 with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer and has been in a fierce, ongoing battle ever since. He has continued to work to support his family as he endured multiple rounds of chemotherapy and the miserable side effects that come along with such intense treatments, as well as complications that have required hospitalizations. Through all of this, he has demonstrated tremendous faith, hope, and courage, and is a devoted husband to his wife, Heather, and an amazing father to his children, Aaron (12) and Jaylyn (9). He is an active member of Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus in Allen, Texas.

Cancer takes a tremendous toll physically, mentally, and now financially. At this critical time, his priority needs to be recovering from new complications so that he can restart chemotherapy and continue his fight. Your support will help offset the cost of co-pays, expenses and medical bills and help to ease the financial burden on their family so they can focus on Jay’s healing and ensure he has the quality care and support he needs.
