Support Jayda's Journey to Cadet Worlds
Donation protected
16 year old Jayda Fulp is undefeated in Judo and Wrestling this year boasting an incredible 68-0 record. Jayda won gold at the Prep National Wrestling Championships, USA Judo Youth Nationals, Cadet Pan American Championships in Brazil and the USA Judo Junior Olympics.
Jayda has qualified to represent Team USA for a third straight year at the Cadet World Championships in Lima, Peru next month.
After winning gold in Brazil, which included defeating the Vice World Champion and current World ranked #2, Jayda rose to #7 in the World but she has fallen out of the top 8 and the Dominican Open, which she is favored to win, is the last chance tournament for her to go into the Cadet Worlds with a seed.
The top 8 ranked Cadets in the world are seeded at the World Championships, meaning they will not face each other until the quarterfinal round and all rounds before the quarterfinals are knockout single elimination rounds. USA has never had a female medalist at the Cadet Worlds and Jayda is looking to make history by becoming the first one.
The flight and fixed hotel costs for both the Dominican and Peru trips are extremely expensive and there is a very short window for Jayda to raise the funds to attend.
All donations are greatly appreciated and every little bit helps!
