In 2022, our beloved family member, Andy, faced unexpected challenges when the company he worked at for 10 years closed. Seeking a fresh start, they relocated from New York to Arizona. Shortly after, Jen, Andy's amazing wife, began experiencing health issues. After thorough examinations at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, she was diagnosed with intestinal cancer, severe Endometriosis, and other complications.

The Battle:

Jen underwent two surgeries, including a full hysterectomy and dual bowel resections. Currently on a long-term chemotherapy regimen, she battles severe fatigue, dizziness, muscle loss, and more daily. The impact on her life has been immense, making it impossible for her to work. The financial strain adds to the already challenging situation.

Financial Strain:

Despite having United Healthcare insurance, medical bills are accumulating, and deductibles are challenging to cover. The estimated medical expenses, including bills and medications, amount to approximately $30,000.

A parting message from Carmine - As many of you know, I've had the privilege of coaching and spending time with so many wonderful individuals in our community. Now, I'm reaching out to all those kids (now adults) that I trained as a coach. Chris, Jeff, and Andy were your friends and teammates, and we shared countless joyful moments together. I am incredibly grateful for the support our family has received so far, and I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart and a plea for continued help.
