Support Jennifer Lambert's Road to Recovery
Donation protected
My name is Travis Lambert, and I’m reaching out to ask for your support in what has become an unimaginably difficult time for our family. A few days ago, my sister, Jennifer Lambert, was severely attacked by her ex-husband in El Paso, Texas. As of an hour ago she is off life support but still fighting for her life, and it’s going to be a long and challenging journey to recovery.
Jennifer is a loving and dedicated veteran. She has always been strong and independent but this tragic event has turned her world upside down. She’s now facing a very uncertain future, and as her only brother, I am doing everything I can to help her.
Our family lives in San Antonio, several hours away from El Paso. While Jennifer is in the hospital, we’re working to be by her side as much as possible. This means frequent travel between San Antonio and El Paso, which has already started to add up in costs.
But there’s so much more we need to do. Once Jennifer is stable enough, we hope to transfer her to a hospital in San Antonio, closer to home, where we can better support her recovery.
We will soon face significant expenses and numerous other financial responsibilities that need to be addressed:
Mortgage Payments: Jennifer has a home in El Paso, and we need to ensure her mortgage is paid so she doesn’t lose it.
Utilities and Bills: Her utilities and car payments need to be managed while she’s unable to take care of them herself.
Dog Care: Jennifer’s beloved dog has been left without care, and we’re working to ensure the dog is well taken care of during this time as we believe she will be an anchor for her recovery.
Moving Expenses: Once Jennifer is ready to be transferred, we will need to move her belongings back to San Antonio, which will also involve considerable costs.
Legal and Administrative Costs: We may need a criminal attorney and handle other legal matters to protect Jennifer’s interests.
We are reaching out to friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers to help us cover these overwhelming expenses. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in helping Jennifer get the care she needs and relieving the financial burden during this incredibly stressful time.
We are deeply grateful for any support you can provide, whether through donations, sharing this campaign, or keeping Jennifer in your thoughts and prayers.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness and generosity.
Sincerely,
Travis Lambert & Family
