Support Jerel in His Time of Loss

Hi, This is Jerel. I am asking for a favor in help fund my father's funeral costs. . Recently as of today 4/29/2024 my father has passed away, we loved him very much. In the middle of 2022, My Father had a very bad stroke. He had a very small chance to survive from it and miraculously he did. When he came back home from rehab, He was doing alright. Around September, we managed to celebrate his birthday. At the beginning of 2023, my father had another stroke while everyone in household was asleep. It was a really bad stroke, and it was very life changing. Throughout the year, my family agreed on his feeding tube and tracheostomy. Around March, His illness worsened. Around the 3rd week of April which was the 2nd visitation to the hospital, My family was notified that his kidneys were not functioning well. This ultimately lead to the decision of going forward with comfort care. My dad has no life insurance coverage and has no burial plot, he only received social security benefits which is enough for the rent of the apartment, food expenses, utilities and car payments and insurance. Now that he passed away, the only source of income for our family will be cut off and no more social security benefits and we are so worried how to pay for the apartment, the car payments and insurance, food, etc. I hope and pray that we can reach the goal for this gofundme and many people will help us.
