Support Jeremy throughout his heart transplant

My name is Christian, and for those who don’t know, I am Jeremy and Jennifer Clark’s oldest daughter.

Jeremy was born with a heart condition called hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and has been diagnosed with heart failure. This has been an ongoing diagnosis that has gradually worsened. Jeremy will need a transplant very soon, which means everything will be put on hold in his life until he is fully healed from the transplant.

I am creating this fund to help Jeremy and my mother with things that might not be accounted for during this transition.

Both Jeremy and my mother work full-time jobs and are still working as I write this. Neither one of them has asked for a single thing throughout this whole journey.

With Jeremy’s condition intensifying, he will be forced to no longer work. They have planned and budgeted, but I want them prepared for the unexpected.

My mother will be traveling back and forth to the hospital as much as possible to visit Jeremy for possibly months. So if you do not feel comfortable donating on here, gas cards and gift cards will be much appreciated as well.
