Despite the challenges, Mr. Jerome has shown remarkable resilience and independence. He is witty, funny, intelligent, and still actively seeks work to support himself. In our view, Mr. Jerome has more than paid his dues. Although he receives some support from his pension, it is insufficient to cover the rising costs of living in today's economy.
