Jerome "Jerry" Beery is no stranger to adversity or challenges. He is a Highly Decorated U.S. Navy Veteran. He retired as a Gunners Mate Petty Officer 1st Class.  He fought plenty of Battles during his career. But never one like this. Jerry has been diagnosed with Cancer. It is in his Throat, tonsils, neck and lymphnodes.  He was fitted with a Tracheostomy. And will need a feeding tube also when they begin the Chemotherapy and Radiation treatments. As of now they are estimating a 50%-80%  chance of a full recovery. But with Your Financial Help and PRAYER, I believe we can increase those odds.  The treatments are expected to last upwards of 12 weeks. His Daughter Elisabeth has committed to taking time off work to take care of her Dad during this time. While his insurance will cover much of this expense.  He is still expected to accrue several thousands in medical expenses.
