It’s with deep sadness and pain that we announce that, Jessica passed away 10/26/2024, at home surrounded by her loved ones. She was a kind, hard-working, and loving woman, there is truly no words to describe how amazing she was. Her family is incredibly fortunate to have received your donations, and thankful. We will still be collecting towards a memorial service to celebrate Jessica’s life. Please consider donating, thank you!

Latest Update as of 10/17/2024 -
For the past month, Jessica has been under home hospice care, supported by a wonderful team of nurses and caregivers providing her with round-the-clock attention. We are deeply grateful for the generous donations we’ve already received and appreciate your ongoing support. We believe Jessica is nearing the end of her journey. Moving forward, all contributions will go toward her afterlife arrangements, including cremation and a memorial service. If you’re able, please consider donating to help with these final preparations. Thank you.

5 years ago, our dearest Jessica went in for a what she thought was a regular stomach virus, but we were all devastated to learn that she was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer with an unknown primary.

Over the last 5 years, she has been in and out of the hospital fighting this monster. For the last past year, she has been fighting with a fatal infection that no treatment can cure. She has had spine surgery, one of her kidneys removed and has lost over 50 pounds, the cancer has been progressing, chemo is an option but
Jessica has decided not to do treatment due to constant pain, fatigue and weakness. She is currently being treated at the University of Miami under the care of a great doctor and team. We are remaining very optimistic, positive and are relying heavily on our faith, and we are certain of God’s miraculous healing hand.

Jessica is a 36-year-old single mother to a beautiful 20-year-old daughter. As you all know, Jessica is caring, hardworking, funny, supportive, kind and generous. She would be the first to setup for anyone else in needed. We are asking for your support for her and her daughter’s future, the way Jessica would for you. We are starting a fund to help with medical costs and expenses for Jessica’s long standing fight against cancer. Please consider donating if you can, all donations will be used to cover medical expenses, living expenses, and after-life arrangements. Any amount would be greatly appreciated, but most importantly, please keep Jessica and her family in your prayers.
