Support Jim Partin's Family in Their Time of Loss

To the generous folks out there, please join me in helping our friend and colleague’s family during this difficult time.

It is with great sorrow that I announce the passing of Jim Partin, a dedicated husband, father, colleague, and an overall genuine guy.

On July 22nd, I was notified by Jim’s wife of his sudden death. He was undergoing chemotherapy, after a two year remission, when his heart ultimately gave out.

For those who knew him, Jim was a dedicated husband and father, a hard working individual, extremely smart, kindhearted, exceptionally funny, a true friend, and one of the best software engineers I’ve ever met.

Jim is survived by his wife, Maite, and daughter, Alia.

He will be tremendously missed.
