Support Jim's Final Journey: A Call for Help

My sweet Hunny Bunny James passed peacefully in the early hours June 6. Leave it to Jimmy to leave this world at last call. The epitome of the life of the party. Jim was a wonderful husband who touched the lives of those around him. He leaves behind a loving husband, brothers, sisters, many nieces and nephews, and countless friends touched my his boundless spirit.

Jim dedicated his life to helping others. In his younger years, Jimmy helped raise funds to fight the HIV epidemic. He proudly served as Eugene Emperor spreading good will and raising awareness about HIV treatment advances. James took in many a lost soul over the years and helped them get back on their feet. Jimmy never stopped helping others even in the face of cancer. As sore and weak as the treatment made him, he was always willing to jump in to help complete strangers with a flat tire or broken down out in the forest. We'd make sweet treats to brighten people's day. He'd say it was our way of showing our neighbors how much we loved them. When the cancer got really bad, he slowed down, and I taught myself how to care for him.

We are all devastated by Jim’s loss and were not prepared for the high cost of his final expenses. We want to give Jimmy the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes.

I am currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Jim’s final expenses. We need to raise $5000 in order to be able to afford his cremation.
