Dear community,

I’m asking for help for my dear friend, Jocelyn, who recently lost her home and everything she owned in the devastating Eaton fires. Jocelyn is one of the hardest-working, most amazing people I know. She’s a devoted single mom to her incredible daughter, and their lives were turned upside down in an instant.

I first met Jocelyn years ago when our daughters attended the same elementary school. From the start, I was struck by her kindness and her dedication. She was always an involved parent, volunteering at school events and cheering on every child as if they were her own. Jocelyn has always been the kind of person who shows up for her community, whether it’s helping with fundraisers, supporting local families in need, or just being a friend you can count on.

Now, it’s our turn to show up for her. The fire took everything she had worked so hard for as a single immigrant mom. The recovery road is long and overwhelming, let’s make it a little easier on them. This fundraiser is to cover their immediate needs, as Jocelyn and her daughter start piecing their lives back together.
