I am reaching out to you on behalf of my brother Joe - a talented musician who has encountered an unexpected and life-altering challenge. Due to a sudden and profound loss of hearing, my brother, who’s been performing onstage since the age of 16, is now unable to play.

For Joe, music has been a lifelong passion, a source of joy, and a means of providing for his family. He has bravely confronted the emotional and financial implications of this situation, and is working every day towards the goal of getting back to doing what he loves, playing music. However, these suddenly and unseen medical expenses, and the need to adapt to a new way of life, have placed an incredible strain on my brother and his family, especially the significant loss of income that his performances brings in.

Despite these challenges, there is hope. With advancements in hearing technology, we aim to help Joe regain the ability to play and share music once again.
