- My husband Joesi was senselessly killed in cold blood. He was murdered in February 23,2025 not even a week ago. By law his next of kin is our beautiful baby girls Kymberlie. Party’s from both sides of his family are attempting to fight the fact. Because of her being a minor. In order for myself to act on her behalf to make funeral arrangement for him in order to be able to keep his body up here with his children and the rest of the actual family. There for I have already reached out to a lawyer to start the process. Thankfully he has agreed to lower cost for his services…. I am also attempting to get his final resting wishes under way and to make sure he stays here with his babies like he would have wanted. If their is anything left over it will be used to pay on any debt left in his name from their it will be put in an account for our kids…..
