Support John After Art's Sudden Passing

A dear husband, friend, and father, Art Stuart of Harrisburg, passed away suddenly from a massive heart attack on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at the age of 58.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Art died leaving his partner of 26 years, John Nuciglio in dire circumstances beyond the family’s control; sudden circumstances neither could have anticipated. John and Art had been caring for Art’s mother in their home in Harrisburg until she passed away on July 25th, having succumbed to cancer and dementia—only 4 months prior to Art’s passing on November 16th. In addition to the devastating losses John has suffered this year, he has been left with mounting and unexpected debt, as well as two crematory bills and additional funeral expenses.

Prior to the deaths of Art and Lorraine, John had been forced to take several months off work due to his own health issues, some of which required multiple surgeries. The Hospice experience with Art's mother put tremendous strain on the household, but John and Art, being the team they were, had plans to work out the financial deficits over time. With Art suffering a massive heart attack on November 16th in their home, the emotional and financial damages have become a heartbreaking and unsustainable reality. The household expenses are severely behind and understandably overwhelming on one social security income. The mortgage and loans are of deep concern.

John and Art were always helping others over the years, and have supported many families, friends, and neighbors in need. It is how they lived. Now, John is in trouble and needs the help of anyone who might hear the call. Friends are asking for the help needed to prevent John from losing all he and Art worked for these past 26 years.
