Support John Corkett's Battle with Glioblastoma

Hello, I’m Stephanie Kohn. I’ve created this GoFundMe to raise funds to support my dad, John Corkett, in his fight with glioblastoma, a deadly brain cancer.

Dad went to the doctor in July after experiencing double vision, balance issues, and difficultly swallowing. An MRI revealed a tumor located on his brain stem and he received a diagnosis of glioblastoma.

On top of the devastating news of his cancer diagnosis, Dad’s tumor is located on his brain stem, which makes surgery impossible. He is currently in the midst of radiation and chemotherapy treatments. We are investigating if clinical trials on top of the standard radiation therapy are options to help slow down the progression of this fast-moving cancer.

To know my dad is to love him. He’s always been there with a helping hand for friends and family, never met someone he couldn’t talk to for hours, and is a hard worker who always puts others first.
