Support Johnny Simpson’s Recovery

Donation protected
Johnny Simpson is currently recovering from a car accident that occurred on 2/1/24. While driving to pickup groceries, he was in an accident causing his vehicle to go airborne. Upon arrival of EMTs, he was unconscious and in critical condition. First responders then decided to transport him to Grady Trauma Center. He sustained a brain bleed, two broken vertebrae in his neck, and an injury to his spinal cord. Johnny received emergency surgery for his broken vertebrae - without this surgery, he would have become paralyzed.

He is currently on a long road to recovery. Unfortunately, this will also be an expensive road. Johnny was a pastor for nearly 50 years and dedicated his life to serving others. We, the family, have set this fund up after being contacted by so many people graciously asking to help out financially (and in so many other ways ❤️). We are unsure of the charges that will accrue during his treatment and stay, as well as the rehabilitation that will follow. However, any amount donated is so appreciated and will help him and his wife, Brenda, greatly! Funds will be used for medical expenses, rehabilitation, and in the possibility that their home needs to be made handicap accessible. Ideally, funds will also be used to assist with their bills in the upcoming weeks.
