Support Johnny Smith's Liver Transplant Journey

Our brother Johnny Smith is currently in Medical City Hospital Dallas waiting on a liver transplant. It has been a difficult month, and he would not have made it this far without many prayers. Please keep lifting Johnny up to Jesus for a successful transplant and recovery.

After the transplant, he will be required to stay in the Dallas area for up to 2 months. The hospital has a housing option called The Ark (similar to Ronald McDonald House). While it is a low-cost housing option that we are grateful for, the minimum cost for a 2-month stay will be $2500.00. Tammy, Jimmy, and I have been taking turns staying at the hospital with him and will continue to do so after surgery. Part of the transplant requirement is to have one of us with the patient 24/7 while staying at The Ark.
