Support Johnny Stringer V to go to South Africa

Hi, my name is John Hamilton Stringer V (Johnny V) and I am hoping you might be able to help me go to South Africa with my school in January 2024!! I go to the Midtown International School (MIS) where the vision is to not only learn about other cultures but to also have opportunities to visit and immerse yourself in other cultures. That is one of the main reasons I wanted to attend this school.

So I am very excited that an opportunity has come up for me to travel with my high school friends (and teachers) to Cape Town & Johannesburg in South Africa. I know this is going to be the trip of a lifetime and I sure hope I get to go!!

I am including the trip details below that include all the cool places we will visit and experiences we will have together!

I am super excited about going on a safari to see all the lions, elephants, giraffes and rhinos living in their natural habitat and not at a zoo. I know I will learn so much about South Africa including about the lives and accomplishments of Nelson Mandela and Desmond Tutu by being in their home town and by visiting their homes. We will also visit many museums to learn about Apartheid, District Six & Iziko South African Museum which houses more than one-and-a-half million specimens of scientific importance.

And of course we will have lots of fun visiting Table Mountain and the Clifton Beaches!!! The weather will be WARM so I cant wait to dive in!!
