Support Jordan's badminton dream!

Ever since I first picked up a racquet when I was 6, badminton has been my greatest passion and achievement in my life. As I began playing tournaments and progressed in the sport, it became clear to me that I wanted to represent Australia one day - with my ultimate goal being the Commonwealth and Olympic Games.

This year, I've been fortunate to be selected to represent Australia in the 2023 World Junior Championships which will be held in the US in September. This will be my first time representing Australia, bringing me one step closer towards my badminton dream.

To make the teams I have to earn ranking points - most of which are found in tournaments overseas. To be transparent, badminton is quite an expensive sport, and isn't too well supported in Australia. The costs of training, accommodation and flights definitely add up. My goal of $10,000 will go to funding the coming trip to the US, and travel overseas to Taiwan and the Cook Islands.

Fortunately, for the past 18 years, my parents have been a constant support, I've had amazing coaches and a tight-knit community always cheering me on. The support I've received over the years has been incredible, including kind words on social media, friends and family cheering me on in the stands, and even generous donations here and there.
