Support Jordan's Journey to Healing and Stability

Hello, my name is Jordan. In May of 2024, I injured my leg after working a 20-hour shift, tearing my meniscus and ACL and stretching my ligaments. I have a piece of meniscus stuck in my kneecap, causing my knee not to slide. I lost my apartment due to absence from work right when I was about to reunite with my children. I've been fighting the past 2 years trying to get stable, going from a stay-at-home mother to working 2 jobs, 7 days a week, to afford housing in Florida.

Right now, I'm in a program called A1 Opportunities. It's transition housing we have to pay for. I have a car and a car payment. I've spent months trying to fight for insurance to cover my surgery. I've resolved this. Now my issue is my recovery. To recover, I need a roof over my head and to be able to pay my car and insurance payments as well as get to physical therapy appointments. It is $175 a week where I'm living in this transition housing. I'll be out of work for 6-8 weeks due to needing 3 surgeries on my knee. My car payment and insurance are something I'll need help with, along with the cost of living and any expenses towards getting to therapy.

My goal is $2500. I can comfortably recover on that. I have other jobs lined up after recovering. I need my leg back so I can be reunited with my babies who are with their father right now. I'm just a mother trying to get on her feet and be with her kids. I have faced chaotic events such as this freak leg injury. I really need prayer and the help of my community. I appreciate anything given and any prayers sent up. God will provide. Sometimes He uses the hands of others. I believe in giving Him the opportunity. I have been asked by many to make one of these.
