Support Jordan's Journey to Kidney Transplant

Hi! My name is Jordan you might recognize me as your waitress at Jennings Cafe in Catonsville or a student at Towson University. I am 20 years old and in need of a kidney transplant. I was diagnosed with Wilm's Tumor ( kidney cancer ) and lost one of my kidneys at the age of 4. Overtime, the chemotherapy and radiation caused my second kidney to fail. I now have end-stage renal failure that requires me to receive hemodialysis 3 times a week. I am currently on the transplant list, looking for a live donor. I am reaching out to my community for help finding a donor and to cover some of the medical expenses involved in getting an organ transplant. My family and I appreciate your support.
