Support Jose Dizon's Fight Against Kidney Failure

Hi I'm Jinky, and I'm raising funds for my father because he had an emergency and was rushed to a hospital last Tuesday. He is now at the ICU for medical observation due to multiple strokes.

I am his daughter who is very much in need of financial support for my father JOSE M. DIZON who was diagnosed with stage 5 kidney failure in 2018. My father is a good provider of the family, a loving, generous and friendly and because of his illness this significantly impacted his quality of life.

During those years, we still have little fund to support for his needs which he was to undergo 3 times a week for his dialysis treatment. But in the long run, after several years of treatment the funds that we have had slowly diminished and extinguished because of expenses incurred during these treatment in a span of 6 years. At present my family is running low of budget to support for his daily needs and in addition to include hospital bills and expenses is too much for us to think of, we cannot afford that much anymore. That is why I have come to ask for help to those who are kind hearted people and the willingness to extend their benevolent support for my father's cause.

Any contribution,donation and support that we need, this will go to the medical expenses and other priorities that my father would be needing after his confinement such stroke therapy, dialysis treatment, medication.
