Help Joe Johnson, Patrick Carr & Ashley After Fire
Donation protected
As you may have heard, I lived in the first dozen homes burned in the Eaton Fire, in the Dove Creek community where my Grandmother Bea and Don had lived. We are very lucky and blessed to escape with our lives. Patrick, Ashleigh, and I are safe and without injury. I want to apologize for not being able to get back to everyone who reached out. I went straight home to warn my family only to be greeted with my second evacuation in one night, followed by two days without power. Devastated and trying to figure out how to rebuild what I lost, I needed some time before I was emotionally ready to talk about it. Thanks for being understanding.
Your support can make a significant difference in helping myself, Patrick, and Ashleigh rebuild our lives. Any contribution, no matter the size, will go towards replacing what we lost and providing the financial assistance needed during this difficult time. We'll never be able to replace the photos, the instruments, my first instrument build project—a bearclaw Sitka mandolin, or the surfboard Patrick had just started to shape. Your generosity will help us get back on our feet as we navigate through this difficult experience. We appreciate it, thank you, and be safe.
