Support Josh After Losing His Wife Janee

Hello, my name is Joe Martorell and I am raising money for my identical twin brother, Josh. The tragic and untimely death of his beautiful wife Janee has left a hole in the lives of everyone who came in contact with her. Josh is now tasked with raising their adorable baby girl, Emmeline, who was born less than six weeks before Janee’s passing. 

Janee was the heartbeat of their home. She absolutely loved being a stay-at-home and homeschooling mother to her three older children. Josh and Janee had created such a beautiful family, and they had so many plans for the future. Josh is now trying to navigate a life he never thought he would have to do on his own. 

Janee and Josh’s love story began in LeBaron, Mexico. Josh’s sister-in-law knew of Janee and thought they would be perfect for each other. After courting and marriage, Janee and her three children made the long move to Anchorage, Alaska to be with Josh. Their dreams of adding to their family were fulfilled when two years after they were married little Emmeline was born. 

Josh is experiencing financial hardship from medical bills from two different hospitals and medical bills from when Janee was on life support, funeral expenses, and travel expenses. After Janee’s funeral service in Anchorage, she was transported to Phoenix, Arizona then driven eight hours across the border to Mexico for a service with her extended family, and she was then buried next to her mother who passed away about a year ago. As you can imagine, there are large costs associated with moving Janee from Alaska to Mexico. Money raised would help Josh pay these expenses that have piled up, allowing him time to grieve and adjust to being a widowed father.
