Support Josh's Recovery and Baby Ava's Future

Josh sustained head, neck and spinal cord injuries from a swimming pool accident June 1st. He has had extensive surgery to repair a spinal break with two rods and several surgical screws installed for stabilization. It is too soon to tell the extent of his paralysis but he initially had no feeling in his hands, legs or feet. It will be days before a true understanding of the damage caused is more clear due to the spinal damage, surgery, swelling and medication. Josh is still in ICU, heavily medicated and is expected to be there for several days if not a couple of weeks with a long road of recovery and rehabilitation ahead of him. At some point Josh may be moved to a hospital room to begin physical therapy and eventually, he may be moved to the Shepherd Center in Atlanta, GA for further rehabilitation. In the midst of all of this, we have a little baby girl, Ava Lee Ponder, due to arrive on August 8, 2024. Thank you in advance for any contributions!
