Support Judy's Fight for Survival in Gaza
Donation protected
My name is Lubna Mohammad, I live in the USA and I am raising funds for my family's friends in Gaza, Palestine. The story below is of our close friend's daughter, who is a victim of this brutal genocide. Donating will help Judy ElNabris and her parents survive the occupation's assault and eventually, hopefully, rebuild their home and lives.
Judy ElNabris is a young girl living in Gaza with her parents. Like many, this precious young girl’s life was destroyed during the Zionist assault on Gaza, Palestine. Since October 2023, the sounds of school bells turned into sounds of missiles and explosions, creating fear, anxiety, and psychological distress for young Judy. At first, there was no school, no studying at home, no playing, no leaving the house, and no peaceful sleep due to the continuous bombing. Her father, Mohamed was injured a month after the outbreak of the war, adding to their misery.
Next, Judy’s home was bombed. Her and her family had to flee, the displacement and search for a safe place began. Judy and her family have been displaced multiple times over the past 6 months, from southern Gaza, the city of Khan Yunis, to central Gaza. They continue to seek a safe place that does not exist. They are currently living in a tent, facing hunger and malnutrition, water shortages, overcrowding, unsanitary conditions, and weather extremes, including extreme cold and rain in the winter months and now unrelenting heat. Judy’s young body has felt the effects of this, losing weight and facing declining mental and physical health.
On top of all this, their hopes crumbled when they found out their home was bombed, multiple times, now leaving nothing but rubble. Judy lost her home, toys, and everything she owned, along with her childhood and any sense of safety. To add to the difficulties, the blockade and assault on Gaza, reduced supplies and increased prices of what remained in the region, making it even harder to survive.
Judy’s parents continue to try and provide for her, seeking out even the simplest things like a board to draw on as a small respite from the never ending fear, anxiety, and instability. However, much more is needed. Judy and her family are facing a very hot summer in a tent with no clean water, no food, no electricity, no healthcare services, no sanitation facilities, and constant bombing surrounding them. They need every bit of support they can get.
Please help Judy survive this nightmare and rebuild her home and life. Everything was taken from this innocent family and anything you can donate is helpful and appreciated <3
