Support Julianna's Road to Recovery

My name is Jessica Dingler and I am raising funds for my daughter Julianna McCracken.
Hello everyone! I sincerely hope that you and your families are well. We are coming to you in a time of need for our beautiful daughter. Julianna suffered an accident on June 26, 2024, which will leave her wheelchair-bound for about six months. The accident resulted in her right hip and part of her pelvis being shattered. She required emergency reconstructive surgery to the area which was performed at UAB hospital yesterday. She remains in the trauma ward and will stay for about a week and then be transferred to inpatient physical rehabilitation. The recovery process will be long and exhausting. She is a determined young lady. Here are some things to know about our precious JuJu:
She has been a dedicated firefighter for Auburn City Fire Department for over 5 years, she is a loving and doting mother to her beautiful daughter SarahAnn. She is a loyal and loving partner to her fiance Nick (and he is to her as well). Our Juju is a jewel. She is an ever-giving friend. And although she is in a tremendous amount of pain, she is still trying to keep her cheerful disposition.
We have estimated her expenses over the next 6 months to be about $18,000. She requires very aggressive physical therapy. She is only 26 and we hope there won’t be any long-term negative effects. She will be unable to work at all because she is on non-weight bearing orders for a minimum of 5 months or longer. JuJu worked very hard and long to secure a beautiful home for she and SarahAnn. Please donate whatever you can and all prayers are needed and appreciated with a loving heart. Please know that your gift will be eventually paid forward. Despite the immense pain and bruises covering her entire body, it was still a miracle that she wasn’t hurt worse. The Angels lifted her. Bless you all for taking the time to read this and considering to donate to her.
