Support Julie Navarro Reyna in Honoring Zachary

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted community,

On August 4, 2024, my beloved Julie Navarro Reyna's life changed due to a devastating car accident that occurred in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. A call a mother should not have to receive. Julie's youngest sons, Malaki & Zachary, were traveling from a church convention with their grandparents when the tragedy of the accident occurred.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of her youngest son, Zachary Josiah Reyna, age 5. We find peace and believe Zachary is with our lord now. Zachary will be cherished with so much love and light in each of our lives.

Malaki is physically okay, but has experienced a traumatic situation first hand. Julie is enduring the tragic loss of her baby boy. A mother’s unbearable pain.

As we endure the journey of grieving with Zachary's passing, Julie is faced with the difficult task of arranging Zachary's transition from Mexico to San Antonio for his final farewell. We want to give Zachary the dignified and heartfelt send-off he deserves, but unfortunately, the financial burden of transitioning from one country to another and the funeral expenses is overwhelming for the family during this already challenging time.

We are reaching out to our community for support in honoring Zachary’s memory. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help alleviate the financial strain and allow Julie to focus on grieving and remembering her baby boy, Zachary, fondly.

We also profoundly appreciate your thoughts, prayers, and messages of support during this difficult time. Your kindness means the world to us as we navigate through our grief.
