Support Justin's recovery from speedflying accident
Help Justin Fisher heal and recover after breaking his back in a paragliding accident
On July 4th, Justin and others were giving a site intro to a group of paragliders then flying at a popular mountain site. After ensuring everyone launched safely, Justin launched last but unfortunately crashed shortly after landing. He was eventually hoisted of the mountain by helicopter and taken to the ER with compression fractures in his vertebrae and transverse processes. While we are all thankful that his injuries weren't worse, he is unfortunately in between jobs and insurance. Therefore he will need assistance with his medical bills along with his three days in the hospital.
Justin is a beloved member of many communities. He's always the first person to help a new person, a seasoned veteran with a question, and had even participated in many rescues himself. He's always ready to volunteer and has been a vocal advocate to make the outdoors accessible for everyone. Whether that's ice climbing, paragliding, teaching trad and sport climbing, or speedflying, he's never been shy about sharing his vast knowledge to help other people have their best day out.
Please help someone who has put so much love into all the communities in his life and has helped so many of us. Please donate so that Justin can heal and get back to doing what he loves best. Your contribution is deeply appreciated
