Support Kai's Fight for Justice and Bring Eden Home

In March of 2022 my Ex received orders to Ft Hood Texas.

We were living in Nevada at the time.

After two years of raising my daughter alone and dealing with constant abuse in the relationship, I couldn't take it anymore. I had to get out. But I still wanted my daughter to have her father in her life. So I put everything that had happened aside, and bought a house next to Ft Hood just to move close so that we could still attempt to coparent our daughter. Little did I know that this one choice would become the most horrifying and damaging time of my life.

For two and a half years, has dragged me through court. First in Nevada since we had not been in Texas long enough. Filing frivolous motion after frivolous motion in constant attempts to rip my daughter away from me. He refused to settle for 50/50 custody and forced me to go to trial in Nevada, hoping he would get full custody of Eden.

When that didn't work, he waited until we had been in Texas long enough (1 month after final orders in Nevada) and turned around and filed for a modification to take her from me again.

He has made hundreds of accusations of violations of the order while he himself violates the order left and right. He has filed dozens of false police reports hoping to have me thrown in jail at every turn. He is USAF and his commanders are protecting him. He can cause harm and abuse and try to take Eden from her mother and violate orders and they look the other way.

Fast forward to 2024, he filed a TRO and had My daughter taken from me based on nothing but false allegations and lies in his affidavit. We went to trial and the judge gave him everything he asked for and then some. It did not matter the evidence I had against his allegations and the evidence to his violations. It did not matter that Eden is crying and begging to come home.

I have lost everything. The house I bought, nearly $300,000 on all of this so far and now, I must file an appeal to make this injustice stop and be reunited with my daughter. They are trying to throw me in jail, and make me pay his attorney fees, and an insane amount of child support. I am getting nothing but supervised visits every other weekend and two calls a week.

And his family are working together to rip my daughter out of my life. He will never do the right thing. He won't let me talk to her. He is an abuser and coercive controller and does not care that he is hurting Eden.

I can't give up on her. She is my purpose. She is My reason to live. And I need to fight this injustice not just for me but for her and for all the mothers and parents out there who are being unjustifiably destroyed and having their children taken for no reason.

The Judge, the Guardian ad Litem and my ex's attorney all know each other and are great friends.... if that tells you anything.

I am asking for your help to get these appeals done because I have run out of resources at this time. I have to work to make money and I cannot do enough to overcome this on my own. My family is suffering and has helped as much as they are able. I still have bills to pay and need to be able to afford to see Eden.

Please help me stand up against this and be the voice for others and the path for others, to set precedence going forward and to stop this abuse once and for all. Please help me fight to bring Eden home where she belongs and keep me out of jail. I can't do this without you.
