Support Kaleigh Jacobs' Senior Thesis Film "Hiraeth(n.)"

My name is Kaleigh Jacobs, I am a Senior Digital Filmmaking Major at Loyola University New Orleans. For my senior thesis film Hiraeth, I am: writing, directing, and producing. The film is about a nostalgic evening for an old group of friends who have gathered back together after a few years apart due to one of their friends, Alex, passing away. They are reminiscing and possibly shutting some doors they had left open in their past as they go through Alex's belongings after his funeral. The title of the film is: Hiraeth (n.) a homesickness for a home to which you cannot return, a home which maybe never was; the nostalgia, the yearning, the grief for the lost places of your past. I wanted to create this film as it is my passion project and its meaning has very personal ties to my life, and I feel it is something everyone can relate to. I intend to submit this to film festivals as well! I am trying to support the needs of my cast, crew, and the production design of my film, so any donations would be greatly appreciated!
