Our dear family friends, Kat, Nico, and their son Sebastian (age 9), have tragically lost their home and all of their belongings in the devastating Eaton Canyon fire in Altadena. The fire also destroyed Sebastian's school, compounding the loss for this kind and loving family.

The Van den Bosch family has been a cherished part of our lives for many years. Their son, Sebastian, has been a close friend to our sons since preschool, and together, our families have shared countless birthdays, family hikes, and other meaningful gatherings. Their generosity and love have touched everyone around them.

In the midst of the fire, the Van den Bosches didn't just focus on their own safety—they also made sure to bring their elderly neighbor to safety, showing the true strength of their character.
