Hi I am Amanda Halterman of 1000-LB Sisters on TLC and I am raising funds to help my cousin Katie Slaton who has been recently diagnosed with stage 4 Cancer and this has really taken a toll on my family and my cousins ability to meet certain responsibilities.

Katie Slaton is a loving step mother, wife, daughter, and friend who has always been a source of strength and kindness to everyone around her. Recently, Katie was diagnosed with Stage 4 gastric adenocarcinoma, a rare and aggressive form of stomach cancer that has metastasized. This diagnosis has been devastating for her family, but Katie is a fighter, and we are rallying around her with hope, love, and determination.

As she undergoes extensive treatments, including chemotherapy, targeted therapies, and other medical interventions, the financial burden has become overwhelming.
