Support Kato's Healing Journey After Attack
Donation protected
My name is Brooklynn and I’m a single mom with two jobs living paycheck to paycheck. Kato is an 8-year-old blind Shiba Inu. He was diagnosed with glaucoma when he was 5. We tried our best to save both eyes, but he ended up needing to get them both removed to improve his quality of life.
He was recently attacked by an unknown dog and unknown owner while in our own backyard. He had emergency surgery and multiple follow-up appointments from complications. The vet thinks there will be more surgeries in his future.
I would do anything for this dog, but it’s creating financial issues and stress that I can’t even begin to explain.
I don’t expect anything from anyone, but my therapist told me I need to reach out for help when I’m going through hard times and need the help. So that is what I’m doing.
If you decide to donate, Kato and my entire family will be so grateful to you.
