Support Katrina's Battle with Alzheimer's
Donation protected
My family has recently been trying to navigate an Alzheimer's diagnosis given to my mom, who is just 61 years old. She's a beloved wife, mother of three, grandmother of four, daughter, and sister who, above all else, loves her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Katrina is recently retired due to not being able to continue working after the disease has given her great difficulty in completing daily tasks. This has brought sadness and discouragement to my mom as she was enjoying being a nanny to a young boy. Katrina is a giver. She has given the best parts of her life to her kids, husband, friends, and family, and she continues to do so even after the diagnosis. She is the biggest cheerleader I've ever known. This page is dedicated to cheering her on during this fight!
My mom will undergo testing with a functional medicine doctor as well as being treated by various other providers such as chiropractors and dieticians. Sadly, insurance will not cover any of these costs. Because of this, we have turned to this platform for help and encouragement.
We know that some people have the ability to give financially so that the burden on our family will not be as difficult as it could be. We thank you and appreciate each and every donation.
My mom is enjoying this stage of her life as a "Nana" to her four young grandchildren and still providing support to our youngest sister in college. She is needed in the lives of her family and friends, and we are ready to fight this battle with her. We ultimately are trusting in Jesus Christ and know that He will see my mom through this trial.
Thank you for taking the time to stop by this page. We love you and thank you for being on the journey with us.
