Support Kayla's Fresh Start and Recovery

My name is Kayla. I’ve recently left an extremely abusive relationship where I lost all of my possessions and my apartment. I was left with a backpack of clothes and my baby girl Jiji. She is my seizure alert cat and I wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for her. I have an opportunity to purchase a car so I can finally get a job and provide a home for both me and my girl. We’ve both been in and out of shelters for the past three months and are asking your help so that I can start over new and begin a new healthy life.
