Support Kelly Flynn Jr. and Family After Disaster

Update : Well folks, my heart is filled with joys and the tears in my eyes are the happiest tears I’ve shed in a very long time. This started out as what can we do to help our brother, friend and so many like them in WNC. However , it has blossomed in to an amazing tale of just how good people really are when called upon. I promise you The Flynn Family can not thank yall enough for your support and this will make losing so, so much hopefully sting a lot less !!

My name is Matt Oxidine and I am collecting money for my best friend Kelly Flynn Jr., his wife Missy, kids Kelsey, Annie, Olivia, and Kelly 3rd, plus their animals. He also is the primary caretaker of his mother Betty, and he’s on his way back to Lake Lure for the first time since last Thursday when they had to evacuate. He has a painting and home repairs business while Missy is a hairstylist. With no power or gas in the areas, Kelly can’t make money and Missy’s salon is out of power while also being located in Chimney Rock.

They will need cash to be able to survive as you know their refrigerator and freezers all spoiled, so they’re going home to no food, no power, and no hope for making money in the near future. Kelly D would never ask for help so I’m taking it upon myself to do it for him.

They, like so, so many others, desperately need all the help they can get as a result of the 6th worst natural disaster in our country’s history. Please, even if only 5 or 10 bucks, spare what you can for my best friend who I can assure you would do anything in the world for you if roles were reversed!! We’re all blessed, so please let’s bless them in the ways that can help them until they can get back going again!
