On Sunday, May 12 of 2024, a beloved member of our community, Kelsey Copeland, was brutally assaulted and tortured by her partner of four years.

Out of respect for Kelsey, I am leaving the details out of this biography but will list his charges.

Kelsey's abuser has

2 counts of strangulation

1 count of point/brandish firearm

1 count of malicious wounding

1 count of abduction by force/intimidation

1 count of use of firearm 1st offense

I am asking for donations so Kelsey can take the time to heal from this brutal attack, on her own terms. Kelsey has not been able to work and also now has medical bills to pay for. Any donation is greatly appreciated. If you cannot donate, a share of this gofundme is more than enough.
