Support Kenzie & Kendall after loss of their mom

As many of you may already be aware, my best friend McKenzie and her sister Kendall recently experienced the profound loss of their mother, Dori. Dori was a silly, quirky, funny, loving, and beautiful woman and mother.

When we were kids, her house was the go-to spot - always warm and inviting. I'll never forget her holistic remedies for our various ailments, ranging from charcoal concoctions to at-home chiropractic adjustments; Dori had an uncanny ability to make you feel as good as new in no time.

One of the things I loved about her was her kind and welcoming nature. I never once felt judged in her presence. Dori was the kind of person who saw you for your soul, and the way she made me feel being around her during my younger years, is something I will forever be grateful for.

Following months of caring for her in the hospital, McKenzie and Kendall find themselves not only mourning the loss of their mother but also grappling with the financial strain of managing bills and settling her affairs.
