Support Kerilyn's Recovery and Home Care
Donation protected
As most of you know Kerilyn has fallen ill and has spent the last 25 days in the ICU. Kerilyn was transported twice to the Hospital Via ambulance when this first started. While she was there she went through several scans, blood draws and testing to discover the best recovery plan. The only thing we know is she has an infection among other things. Her time in the hospital was physically painful for her. She was released last night for home health care. They are hoping they will be able to continue more care over the next month or so from the comfort of her own home so she can be close with her family. She will have help changing and cleaning her tubes that are placed into her back, Changing out her IV, and caring for her PICC line. She will also start physical therapy soon. She is very weak still and will most likely need a walker to move small distances.
Kerilyn and Scotty have both had to miss several days of work and as you can image Kerilyn will have to miss many more days while she recovers. They are facing medical expenses of being in the ICU as well as the ambulance transportation, medications, home health care and special needs required for her home in order for her to recover. Any financial help that could be provided to her family during this time would be greatly appreciated. Please also share this fundraiser with your friends and family so we can help to get Kerilyn back on her feet without the additional stress of lost income.
