It is with broken hearts that we share the devastating news of the sudden and unexpected passing of Kevin, a deeply loved husband, father, son, uncle, brother, and friend who left us far too soon on April 19, 2025. Kevin had taken his girls to a lacrosse training and gone on a run during the practice where he tragically met his end; his heart was so filled with love that it had given out.

Kevin was the kind of person who made life better just by being in it. He was easygoing and thoughtful, a true original who loved projects big and small, whether he was building something, fixing something, or dreaming up a new idea. He was a passionate gardener, adventure seeker, mountain biker, skier, cook, and quiet thinker—always chasing life with curiosity, purpose, and a sense of wonder.

He had a huge heart and a peaceful soul. Kevin deeply loved his parents and his brother, and cherished the close bond they shared. He found joy in the simple things: preparing delicious meals for loved ones, gathering people around the table, and creating a home where everyone felt welcome. He was an incredible host—the kind of person who made guests feel like family, and whose warmth filled every room he entered.

Most of all, Kevin was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Katie, and a proud, loving father to their four beautiful children: Ellie, Mairead, Tommy, and Anna. He gave them an incredible foundation of love, support, and the gift of wonder. His world absolutely revolved around his kids. From cheering them on at soccer and lacrosse games, to planting seeds in the garden, exploring trails on his mountain bike, skiing down snowy mountains, cooking family dinners, or simply being present at home, Kevin gave his family the gift of his full, joyful presence every single day.

Kevin’s passing has left an immeasurable void in the lives of everyone who knew and loved him. Katie and the children are now facing a future that feels overwhelming and uncertain, without the steady love and support Kevin gave so freely.
