Support Kim & CJ On Their Family Building Journey

Dear friends, family and loved ones. Many of you know that we have been traveling a long and difficult path to try and start our own family over the past 3 years. Some of you may not know that in that time we have struggled with loss and tribulations. Multiple miscarriages which were followed by an inability to become pregnant naturally. Due to this, we've tried a number of different fertility treatments at two different clinics, but only recently we were able to attempt an IVF cycle for the first time. Even with insurance we have spent tens of thousands of dollars at this point and have more costs to come as we approach our first attempt at the final step in IVF.

It has been a dream, for both myself and CJ, to become parents for as long as we can remember. The loss of my mother and the recent loss of CJ's father has only reinforced in both of us the desire to have the relationship we both had with our parents with our own children, and we want nothing more in life than to have that opportunity.

The IVF journey thus far has been exciting, hopeful, stressful, terrifying, anxiety-inducing, incredible, and an exercise in embracing the unknown. All that we know is that the support we have already had in this process has been amazing, as this journey can feel isolating and lonely at times. We are asking for your support to help us cover further costs for medication, treatment, monitoring, and procedures that we have approaching in the near future. Every dollar counts and every cent will be used towards helping us reach the destination of having a baby and starting our own family.
