Support Kimberly Curry's Road to Recovery

Hello! My name is Angela Reel (Curry), the aunt of Kimberly Curry. At 1:30 a.m. on Sunday (September 15, 2024), Kimberly was involved in an auto accident where there was a fatality in Kelly Canyon outside Bozeman, MT.

Kimberly was life flighted to the trauma hospital in Billings (MT) and placed in ICU. She is currently still in Billings. Kimberly has suffered significant injuries from being crushed due to being pinned under the vehicle for over 30 minutes.

Kimberly graduated from Bozeman High School in 2024 and has been working since graduating. Unfortunately, she does not have medical insurance.

Kimberly is strong and a fighter. However, the accident and her injuries will be a long road to recovery. Lost wages and possible medical bills is something we are trying to alleviate from the equation so Kimberly can focus on getting better.

We have set up this GoFundMe account to try and offset some of the major financial burden from my family and cover lost wages.

Official statement from David Curry (Kimberly’s dad, and my brother):

“Kimberly is currently stable and put back together. She is facing several weeks before she will be fully mobile. Everything is still in flux, but she is in good spirits and starting her path to recovery. More than anything, we are not interested in participating in any actions that serve to create division or inflame negative emotions in people. Each of these children are beautiful gifts from God and we don’t want negativity to distract from Madi’s beautiful light. We cherish our community and know we are surrounded by love and support. Thank you to everyone that is reaching out, we are praying for everyone affected. We love you all.”

Funds will be used for lost wages, medical, and anything Kimmy needs on her road to recovery.
